Applications are due by October 31, 2018 and tuition fees are due by December 1, 2018. You will receive a confirmation letter with further program details upon receipt of your application and program fee.

Tuition/Funding and Permissions

The tuition for the 2019 academy is $375 per student. You will receive an invoice once the class has been verified. All tuition fees are due by December 1, 2018.

Upon my successful completion of the academy, I hereby authorize Huntington County Leadership to list my name, contact information, and photograph on their Web site and any other publication related to academy alumni.

Attendance

To graduate from the Huntington County Leadership Academy, attendance at a minimum of 80% is required; however, to achieve full benefit of the program, 100% attendance is recommended. Classes meet every other Wednesday from Jan. 16, 2019, to May 29, 2019. The classes meet from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (unless otherwise noted). Graduation is TBD.

Meetings will be held at the Purdue Extension Office @ 1350 S. Jefferson St, Ste 2, Huntington, IN

Deadline

If there are not at least 13 students registered by October 31, 2018, the 2019 academy will be cancelled.

The 2019 Leadership Academy is facilitated by the Purdue Extension Community Leadership Program.
